1 - Shipping

After order confirmation, STE Manelli agrees to deliver to its carrier, all items ordered by the buyer and within 2 to 5 days worked. The carrier undertakes by contract with the stereo Manelli to deliver the order to the address of the purchaser provided by company Manelli Also for deliveries outside of mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, the fees due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order and the additional shipments.

Delivery will be made by the post colissimo in France.

The possible delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

In case of defects, the buyer has the right of return as provided in this document.

Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. Always check your package on arrival. You have 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged.

For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in batches to the client. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the client wishes 2 places of delivery, he spent two orders, with delivery charge.

2 - Returns

Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, Manelli Company must refund any amounts paid by the customer at no charge except for return shipping costs. Repayment is due within a maximum period of 15 days.
