Return procedure

Do you want to return an item? Follow these 3 simple steps:

1 — Check that your return is possible

Our return policy is simple and transparent:

  • Your order was delivered 30 days ago or less
  • The items to be returned are not personalized (embroidery, engraving).
  • Items to be returned are not underwear
  • The items are complete, in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed.

IMPORTANT: A package returned to us because it was "unclaimed" (not collected from the pickup point or the recipient was absent at the time of delivery) will be charged to us twice by the carrier. You will therefore have to pay the delivery charges again, or if you request it, these charges will be deducted from your credit/refund.

2 — Download and fill out the return form

This form is MANDATORY in order for us to process your return.

Complete it by hand and include it with your return in your package.

3 — Send us your parcel

IMPORTANT: You must return your package via La Poste (Colissimo) . We recommend returning the package with signature confirmation, as you are responsible for the shipment. If you choose shipping without signature confirmation and the package is lost, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for your return, even with proof of posting and even if the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error is ours (wrong item sent, embroidery error, etc.). In the case of an exchange, we will reship your replacement free of charge.

Attention: for shoe returns, the original box (e.g. shoe box) must not be used as a reshipping package, as it must remain intact and in perfect condition.
