A fantastic partnership with Coline Faulquier!
Manelli is proud to partner with iconic Top Chef contestants. And yes, we are now collaborating with Coline Faulquier, a finalist from the 2016 season.

We met her on April 19, 2017, in her restaurant so that she could give us a report on our products.
The first thing to note is her enthusiasm and the fixed smile on her face. A fulfilled and generous woman. And above all, a "young" chef brimming with ideas and projects. She was thrilled with our jackets specially designed for her. Coline confided that she was primarily looking to feel comfortable in her jacket, as she often wears it. But also, and most importantly, she wanted to maintain her femininity. Indeed, the chef profession is often represented by men, and Coline wanted her jacket to reflect her "girl power" spirit.
We are delighted to convey our values through such a vibrant female chef. Coline Faulquier represents the cuisine of tomorrow without losing sight of the traditional values of French gastronomy.
