GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Acceptance of conditions
These general terms and conditions of sale aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered to the customer on the website.
Ordering a product on the website implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which constitute a legally binding agreement. By ordering a product on the website, the customer declares and acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions of sale.
Manelli reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. The terms and conditions of sale applicable to the customer will be those in effect on the date of the customer's order.
2. Products
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on www.manelli.fr. Manelli SARL, specialist in workwear Neither the seller nor its suppliers are liable for any consequences, incidents, or special damages resulting from electronic transmissions or the accuracy of the information transmitted, even if the seller was aware of the possibility of such damages. Product and manufacturer names and trademarks are used for identification purposes only. Product photos, descriptions, and prices are not contractual.
3. Order and Price
SARL Manelli will do everything possible to honor all orders received on the Site only within the limits of available product stocks.
If one or more products are unavailable, SARL Manelli undertakes to inform the CLIENT by email of the delivery of a partial order or the cancellation of their order.
Our products are offered for sale for a limited time and while stocks last. Prices shown online may differ in store. Furthermore, complimentary embroidery is non-refundable.
In any event, only confirmation of the purchase by us guarantees availability and delivery under the following conditions.
Manelli SARL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute.
The prices of our products are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes and do not take into account delivery charges which are charged in addition as specified to the CUSTOMER in the order summary submitted to him before his acceptance.
The products ordered are invoiced at the price displayed on the website on the day the order is placed. Manelli SARL reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prior notice and without any formality other than posting the changes on the website.
The products remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the price has been received by Manelli SARL. The price is payable in full and in a single installment.
4. Shipments
After order confirmation, Manelli commits to delivering all items ordered by the buyer to Chronopost within 3 to 5 business days. Under normal circumstances, delivery will be made within 24 hours if the order is placed before 11:00 AM, subject to stock availability and excluding embroidered or personalized clothing. Chronopost is contractually obligated to Manelli to deliver the order to the buyer's address as provided by Manelli, or to the nearest pickup point if the customer is not present at the delivery address. Manelli cannot be held liable if the carrier fails to fulfill its home delivery service due to the carrier's workload (direct delivery to a pickup point).
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you dispute it, you have 3 days, according to Article 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, to inform us. After this period, Manelli will be unable to assist you with your claim.
Please note that all personalized products have an average shipping time of 3 to 5 business days.
During peak periods, this timeframe may be extended.
Regarding polo shirts and t-shirts, the embroidery time is 15 working days.
Furthermore, for deliveries outside of metropolitan France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax, taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order, as well as shipping surcharges.
Delivery will be made by the carrier Chronopost in Metropolitan France.
Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return the product under the conditions set out in this document.
The following are considered force majeure events that release the seller from their obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, and the inability to obtain supplies. Goods always travel at the recipient's risk. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to notify the carrier of any missing or damaged items.
Due to availability, an order may be delivered to the customer in several installments. The customer will only be charged for one delivery. If the customer requires delivery to two different addresses, they must place two separate orders, each with its own delivery charge.
If a package is returned to our company for various reasons (unclaimed package, incorrect address – addressee does not live at the address provided –, refused package, etc.), the merchandise will only be reshipped at the customer's expense and express request. The reshipping costs will be charged at the actual cost quoted by the carrier, taking into account the weight and volume, and no longer based on a minimum flat rate as displayed on the website at the time of purchase. In the event of a refund request, the refund will be issued after deduction of shipping and storage fees (approximately €10).
The customer's attention is particularly drawn to the following terms and conditions: if the products have been personalized and the Customer does not receive their package according to the terms and conditions in the General Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued.
In any event, the Site reserves the right to restock or recycle the merchandise after 90 days - if no instruction has been given by the customer.
5. Returns and refunds
The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal up to 14 days from receipt of the items. However, Manelli allows returns up to 30 days to allow time for review. Therefore, the customer has 30 days to assess the product, with the exception of personalized products and underwear, which are neither exchangeable nor refundable. In the event of an exchange or refund, the customer must inform MANELLI SARL and return the item in its original, undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation to the following address:

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Manelli SARL is obligated to reimburse the customer for all sums paid, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within 14 days, provided the customer's account has a credit balance. If exercising this right of withdrawal involves returning items purchased as part of a specific promotion, the terms of the offer will be reassessed. This may affect the amount of the refund due to the customer.
Since the right of withdrawal is not applicable to professional clients, Manelli SARL reserves the right to refuse a return or to retain a fee of 15% of the order value in the event of a refund (or a minimum of €9.95 including VAT) for the costs incurred for the preparation and shipment of the order.
In the event of a refused return, the packages will be treated the same as unclaimed packages. Furthermore, the customer has 90 days to provide their information before their items are restocked or recycled, and no refund, credit note, or exchange will be issued.
For items on sale, refunds will be issued according to the discounts the customer received. For free items, the refund will be limited to the price of the item to prevent abuse.
Personalized items (embroidery, screen printing, etc.) will not be returned or exchanged.
6. Payment
Payment for purchases is made according to the customer's choice:
1 - by bank card:
Payments are made via the secure SP+ payment system of Caisse d'épargne or Paypal.
SP PLUS is the secure online payment solution from Caisse d'Épargne.
2 - by bank check:
The ordered products are reserved for 5 days from the order date. After this period, if the corresponding check has not been received, Manelli.fr reserves the right to cancel the customer's order. The check will then be returned to the customer upon receipt.
Payment is made upon receipt of the check.

6. Disputes
This contract is governed by French law. Manelli SARL cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial, or physical, that may result from the malfunction or misuse of the products sold. The same applies to any modifications to the products made by the manufacturers. In any event, Manelli SARL's liability will be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be invoked for simple errors or omissions that may have occurred despite all precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the option, before taking any legal action, of seeking an amicable solution, in particular with the assistance of:
from a professional association in the sector, a consumer association, or any other advisor of their choice. They may also call upon a consumer mediator in accordance with the provisions of Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code. It is important to note that seeking an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. It is also important to note that, as a general rule and subject to the courts' discretion, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee requires the buyer to fulfill their financial obligations to the seller.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with careful attention, as good faith is always presumed on the part of anyone who takes the time to explain their situation. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact the company to seek an amicable solution.
Failing that, the Commercial Court of NICE shall have sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
7. Warranty
In all cases, SARL Manelli cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the country of receipt; SARL Manelli 's liability is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value at its date of sale, and this without recourse against the brand or the company producing the product.
In any event, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee against eviction and hidden defects (Articles 1625 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Provided that the buyer proves the existence of the hidden defect, the seller is legally obligated to remedy all its consequences (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code); if the buyer takes legal action, they must do so within a "short period" from the discovery of the hidden defect (Article 1648 of the French Civil Code). All the data you entrust to us is used in order to process your orders.
In accordance with French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 concerning information technology, data files and civil liberties, you have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete the data you have provided to the SELLER. This right can also be exercised online.

The email addresses you provide when creating your customer account are used solely for internal purposes. 1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the Manefix Formula A and Formula B subscriptions, offered by MANELLI SARL, a company specializing in the sale of professional clothing and accessories.

2. Description of the formulas
Formula A
- Annual subscription at €5.99 including VAT / year
- Includes the repair of 1 to 5 Manelli textile items per year
- Annual subscription at €9.99 including VAT / year
- Includes the repair of 1 to 10 Manelli textile items per year
Included in both packages are:
- Minor repairs (snags, seams, buttons)
- Simple hems
- Zipper replacement or repair
- Installation of reflective strips (length less than 50 cm)
- Reinforcements in localized areas (elbows, knees, pockets)
4. Exclusions
The following are not covered by Manefix formulas:
- Aesthetic transformations or customizations
- Alterations to cut, style or size
- Irreparable stains, burns, tears or wear and tear
- Damage exceeding the technical capabilities of the partner workshop
- Items not from the Manelli brand
- Products not purchased on the website www.manelli.fr
- Items must be clean and washed before being dropped off or sent.
- The average repair time is 14 to 30 working days from receipt.
- MANELLI and its partner workshop reserve the right to refuse a repair if:
- The item is too damaged.
- The request falls outside the scope of the covered services.
- The item does not meet hygiene standards (unwashed, stained, soiled).

Customers can drop off their items for repair at one of the Manelli stores:

b. Postal delivery
The customer can also send their garment(s) for repair by mail:
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs (outbound) .
- Manelli takes care of the return of the item(s) to a relay point, free of charge .
- A confirmation email is sent upon receipt of the item, as well as upon shipment of the repaired garment.
7. Duration, validity and termination
- Each plan is valid for 1 year from the date of subscription.
- The subscription is not automatically renewed .
- Any repair request exceeding the annual quota (5 items for Formula A, 10 items for Formula B) will be subject to an additional quote .
- The customer may cancel their subscription at any time, without reimbursement of sums already paid, except in the event of non-performance of the service by MANELLI.
The subscription can be purchased:
- when making a purchase on the website www.manelli.fr ,
- or directly in Manelli stores.
9. Responsibility
MANELLI is committed to performing repair services with care and professionalism. However, it cannot be held liable in the event of:
- failure to properly care for the garment beforehand,
- damage due to excessive wear and tear
- loss or damage to an item shipped without tracking,
- failure to comply with the conditions of care,
- delay caused by a third party (carrier, strike, exceptional event).
10. Force majeure
MANELLI cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform resulting from a case of force majeure , as defined by French case law: strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, fires, transport disruptions or any other unforeseeable circumstance beyond its control.
11. Right of withdrawal and refund
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code , the customer has 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that no repairs have already been carried out . If the customer withdraws within this period, MANELLI will fully refund the subscription amount within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the request. The withdrawal request can be sent to:
