Manelli is a distributor specializing in professional clothing.
Aware of the environmental impact of the textile sector, we affirm our commitment to reducing our ecological footprint through our own internal practices and supplier selection committed to sustainable practices.

3. Our priority actions
a) Energy & Climate
We conduct an annual review of our energy consumption in our offices and shops. We Let's aim to reduce transport-related emissions through:
- Pooling of deliveries.
- Priority given to maritime and rail transport.
- Selection of eco-responsible logistics partners.

b) Waste & Circular Economy
- Textile collections in our stores in Nice and Paris.
- Project Manefix: repairs, extending the lifespan of clothing, social inclusion via ESAT.
- Redistribution of clothing in good condition to schools, vocational training centers and professional associations.

c) Internal & external awareness
- Regular communication with employees (energy efficiency, recycling, sustainable mobility).
- Raising customer awareness through concrete actions (plogging, textile collection).
- Integration of environmental issues into internal training.
4. CSR Governance
We have set up an internal CSR committee composed of representatives from management and volunteer collaborators. Their missions are to:
- Monitor the implementation of the CSR policy.
- Evaluate the results obtained.
- To propose new actions each year.
5. Monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement
We have implemented indicators (energy consumption, volumes collected/recycled, share) of certified suppliers). We publish a mini annual CSR report summarizing the results and objectives and we conduct an annual review of environmental policy.
6. Biodiversity and resource management
- Gradual reduction of paper use through digitization.

Our purchasing policy
1. Requirements for our suppliers
In order to collaborate with Manelli, each supplier must make a concrete commitment. This involves... signing the Manelli Code of Ethics, responding to our CSR questionnaire and communicating its our own CSR policy. We reserve the right to conduct checks, which it whether it involves self-assessments or document audits. We also encourage our partners to we share their initiatives and actions for progress. On the environmental front, we Let's give preference to suppliers who use Oeko-Tex, GOTS certified textiles or fibers recycled and require proof of REACH compliance. We set a clear objective: by 2027, at least 50% of our suppliers will offer an eco-designed range.
