For companies with fewer than 200 employees, it is possible to obtain the prevention contract.

Indeed, Le Carsat Sud-Est offers you the possibility of financial and technical support for all investments related to the prevention of occupational risks.

This prevention contract represents a formal agreement between the Carsat Sud Est and your company. It serves as written proof of the actions you intend to implement to improve prevention measures and, conversely, of the sum in euros that the Carsat Sud Est is prepared to provide you.

This assistance is intended for those who have a comprehensive prevention plan. This plan must include measures aimed at improving hygiene, safety, and working conditions in your company.

This prevention contract values ​​and encourages professionals who offer innovative installations and devices.

To benefit from a prevention contract, you have 3 options.

You must send an application describing your project in broad outline and copy the Single Document for the Evaluation of Occupational Risks (DUER) to the following address.
